SHFC joins the 24th leg of Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF) in Cavite

The Social Housing Finance Corporation participated in the two-day 24th Bagong Pilipinas Serbisyo Fair (BPSF) held in Kawit, Cavite on September 27-28.

This event, spearheaded by House Speaker Martin Romualdez, alongside Senator Ramon Bong Revilla Jr., Cavite 1st District Rep. Ramon Jolo Revilla III, 2nd District Rep. Lani Mercado-Revilla, Agimat Party-list Rep. Bryan Revilla, and various government agencies, aims to deliver essential services closer to the residents.

SHFC personnel assisted approximately 300 walk-in clients to address inquiries and provide guidance on housing programs of the corporation.

Under the pivotal leadership of SHFC President & CEO Federico Laxa and the invaluable guidance of Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development Secretary Jose Rizalino Acuzar, SHFC is a key implementer of the Pambansang Pabahay para sa Pilipino Program (4PH), the flagship initiative of President Ferdinand Marcos, Jr. To date, there are 12 ongoing projects in various locations, including San Fernando City, Pampanga; Davao City; and Tagoloan, Misamis Oriental. These projects are part of a larger plan that includes 111 shovel-ready initiatives expected to produce over 505,000 housing units by 2028.
